Devin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a PhD in Cognitive and Neural Systems. He is interested in cognitive-affective processes related to substance use, as well as racial and ethnic health disparities. In his free time, he is very into TV and movies, enjoys being active (including pretending to be good at pickleball), and exploring new food spots.
